April 13th 2009 radio guests were William Sacher, who is co-author of the novel called "Noir Canada : Pillage, corruption et criminalité" & Jorge Lopehandia, with host Reginald Angus Argue (pen name of Angus McLeod).

Authors of "Noir Canada : Pillage, corruption et criminalité" (eight different individuals) and their publishing company Les Éditions Écosociété are facing 11 million dollars in lawsuits because the novel Noir Canada, with six million dollars of these lawsuits coming from the world's biggest Gold Mining Company of Barrick Gold; all in an effort to prevent this novel from coming out. Barrick Gold had attempted to illegally acquire Jorge Lopehandia's mining claim of Mina Pascua Lama in Chile, which is estimated to be the third biggest gold reserve in the world, for $20 US. However, Chilean Court system after looking at the evidence has awarded the legal ownership of Mina Pascua Lama back to Jorge Lopehandia.

07th of April 2008, guests Jorge Lopehandia legal owner of Mina Pascua Lama third biggest gold reserve in the World & James Flack local activist from Vancouver Canada, along with radio host Reginald Angus Argue (pen name of Angus McLeod), which was part of the fund raiser for CO-OP radio (which is a listener supported non-profit radio station).

-Jorge talked about how he has just received a letter from a top law firm in Chile, which states that he is the sole owner of Mina Pascua Lama and Barrack Gold (Brian Mulroney, Bush Sr, Peter Munk, a few members of the Saudi Royal family, and even connections to a few members of the British Royal Family) has no claim or rights to this mining claim (that is suppose to be the 3rd biggest Gold reserve in the world, at this time.)

-James talked about SPP (Security Prosperity Plan) and how high up members of a few Multi-national Corporations and many Politicians from throughout North America have conspired together to strip the rights and freedoms from the people, as a gigantic Police State (Fortress America) is put in place. And once this becomes a reality all citizens living in North America will be monitored like cattle with RFD chips, facial recognition camera technology and other oppressive measures, all in an effort to control the people.
