April 13th 2009 radio guests were William Sacher, who is co-author of the novel called "Noir Canada : Pillage, corruption et criminalité" & Jorge Lopehandia, with host Reginald Angus Argue (pen name of Angus McLeod).

Authors of "Noir Canada : Pillage, corruption et criminalité" (eight different individuals) and their publishing company Les Éditions Écosociété are facing 11 million dollars in lawsuits because the novel Noir Canada, with six million dollars of these lawsuits coming from the world's biggest Gold Mining Company of Barrick Gold; all in an effort to prevent this novel from coming out. Barrick Gold had attempted to illegally acquire Jorge Lopehandia's mining claim of Mina Pascua Lama in Chile, which is estimated to be the third biggest gold reserve in the world, for $20 US. However, Chilean Court system after looking at the evidence has awarded the legal ownership of Mina Pascua Lama back to Jorge Lopehandia.
